SO FOR INSTANCE IF YOU SHIP A PRODUCT OUT ON THURSDAY AND YOU 2ND DAY AIR IT, WELL WE WILL NOT SHIPP IT UNTIL MONDAY BECAUSE IF WE SHIP IT THURSDAY THEN IT WILL SHIP FRIDAY BUT THEN SAT.& SUN. IT WILL SIT IN A WAREHOUSE UNTIL MONDAY. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEXT DAY EVERYTHING WE OFFER BECAUSE IT JUST MAKES SINCE ALL ARE PRODUCTS ARE TO GET WHERE THERE GOING FRESH.We will include shipping costs in the price of the product.
Delivery
If delivering to a business, UPS must get a signature, but if delivering to a residence, they may leave package at the door.We cannot take responsibility for those deliveries which are not found immediately, or destroyed by dogs, attacked by ants, etc., so we recommend shipping to a business whenever possible.
Return Policy
Because we are selling food items we cannot issue any refunds or accept returns.
Damages/Shortages
Inspect all cartons and confirm all counts when the shipment is received. The carrier is responsible for all damages that occur during shipping.
